Great service again from Tom at Fox on my A4. Always kept updated with the work being carried out, and provided an explanation of how the work is done upon collection. Just gives you that satisfaction that things have been done properly! Also provided a confirmation print out that the Audi service history had been updated. Top job!

Just had my Mk7.5 GTI in for a full service and MOT and I cannot fault the service and help Tom has provided today. He took the time also to take a look in to a possible leak that was causing heavy condensation on the windscreen and whilst we didn't get to the bottom of the issue it was included in the price of the service! Despite the courtesy car not being ready he was patient whilst getting the immobiliser sorted and went out of his way to collect and drop off later the same day. Got the car cleaned upon return too! I will be sure to return when the DSG is up for service. Thanks again Tom!
